Copyright (c) 2017 Gerald, released under the MIT License. The original copyright notice
and the full license text are kept in the LICENSE file and are shown on the About page of
the extension. Violentmonkey is a trademark of its authors; ScriptDock is not affiliated with
or endorsed by the Violentmonkey project.

The GM_* runtime (src/injected) and the background services come from Violentmonkey.
ScriptDock-specific code lives in src/background/managed, src/options/views/managed,
src/popup/views/managed, src/managed-ui and src/welcome.

The extension pages of the reduced mode (welcome, popup, settings) use Naive UI
(https://github.com/tusen-ai/naive-ui), Copyright (c) 2021 TuSimple, released under the
MIT License, which is bundled into the build together with its own MIT dependencies (css-render,
vueuc, vooks, seemly, evtd, ...).
